When you use the studio, your logo is read and positioned entirely inside your own browser. We do not receive the logo file itself and we never store it.

Your working session, which includes the logo you selected, any custom backdrop you uploaded and your placement settings, is held in your own browser's local storage so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off. It is stored on your device only, it is not sent to us, and it clears itself automatically after 24 hours. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.

You can use BrandWall without an account. If you choose to sign in, we store your email address so your purchases stay linked to you across devices and browsers. If you do not sign in, a purchase is held against a one time claim link instead.

When you download a finished background, we keep a copy of that finished image on our servers, together with which backdrop you chose, the filename of your logo, which pack you bought and the email address on the order. We keep it so we can help you if a download fails and so we can investigate problems with an order.

The finished image has your logo composited into it, so this copy does contain your brand mark. We do not keep your original logo file.

We delete these images automatically 90 days after you create them. We will never publish one, or use one as an example anywhere on this site, unless you have separately and explicitly given us permission for that specific image.

Payment is handled by Stripe on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Your card details are entered there and go directly to Stripe. They never pass through BrandWall and we never see or store them.

After a successful payment, Stripe sends us the email address used at checkout and a payment reference. We store that email address, the Stripe session and payment references, which pack you bought, how many downloads you have left and whether the order is paid.

We keep order records for five years. Thai accounting law requires us to retain transaction records for that period, so we cannot delete them earlier on request.

Supabase hosts our database, our server functions and the stored background images.

Stripe processes payments and holds the payment records.

Resend sends transactional and notification email relating to your order.

FormSubmit receives and forwards messages sent through our contact form, which means the name, email address and message you enter there pass through their service.

Vercel and Cloudflare host and deliver the site itself and may process your IP address for security and performance.

These providers may process data outside Thailand.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages people visit and where they arrive from. It runs only if you accept it on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, it sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google. If you decline, it stays switched off and no analytics cookies are set. It is not used to identify you personally and it is not linked to your order. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Your browser also stores what is needed to make the site work: your studio session as described above, and a sign in token if you have chosen to sign in. Our hosting and content delivery providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.

If you use BrandWall inside Zoom, we do not access your Zoom account, contacts or meeting content. When you open the app, your browser generates a random session code, used only to match a backdrop you create back to that same app panel. It is not linked to your Zoom identity and we delete it after 90 days.

When you install the app, Zoom completes its own authorisation step with us to confirm the installation. We do not store the resulting access token or use it to call any Zoom API on your behalf.

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at privacy@brandwall.co and we will respond within 30 days.

Where we are required by law to keep a record, for example the five year retention on order records described above, we will tell you and explain why we cannot delete it.
