No. Your logo reads correctly to everyone in the meeting. It looks reversed in your own preview because Zoom, Google Meet and Teams mirror your self view by default. That mirroring is yours alone and does not change what participants see, so you should not flip the image. If you want a version that reads correctly in your own preview, use the self-view copy on the download page, but be aware it will be backwards to everyone else.
Any platform that accepts a custom background image, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex. On Webex you need the installed desktop or mobile app, because Cisco does not support virtual backgrounds in the Webex web app at all.

No. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex all separate you from your surroundings without one, provided your computer is recent enough. A green screen gives a cleaner edge if you have one, but it is not required. On older machines the software may offer blur only.

An SVG gives the sharpest result. Otherwise a PNG with a transparent background, at least 1000 pixels wide. Small logos will look soft when enlarged onto a wall.

Yes. Downloads are yours to use for your business, including client calls, webinars and recorded content.
We do not store your original logo file. It is read and positioned entirely inside your own browser and we never receive it. We do keep a copy of the finished background you download, which has your logo composited into it, so we can help if a download fails. Those are deleted automatically after 90 days and are never shown publicly without your explicit permission. See the privacy page for detail.
Previews are free and unlimited, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you pay. If a downloaded file is faulty or does not match the preview you approved, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. See the refunds page for detail.
The file has no transparency. That usually means it is a JPG, which cannot store transparency at all, or a PNG that was exported flattened onto a white background. We remove a flat background automatically where we can and tell you when we cannot. If it cannot be removed, the framed panel mount presents the logo as a deliberate plaque rather than a floating rectangle.
It depends on the wall. A dark mark on a dark wall reads as a smudge no matter how well it is placed. Choose a lighter room, or use a light panel mount so the logo sits on its own background. Previews are free, so it is worth testing rather than guessing.
Yes, and it is one of the strongest uses of this. If everyone appears against the same branded wall, a distributed team reads as one organisation rather than several people working from home. Buy a pack and download the same backdrop for each person, or share one file across the team.
No. You can upload a logo, adjust it and buy without creating one. Signing in with an email address simply keeps your purchases linked to you across devices and browsers. If you do not sign in, your order is held against a one time claim link instead.
