BrandWall is operated by Signa Asset Co Ltd, Thailand.

BrandWall turns a logo you supply into a background image for video calls. You may preview and adjust as much as you like at no cost. You pay only to download a finished file without a watermark.

You must own the logo you upload, or have permission from whoever does. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use it. We do not check ownership and we are not liable for any trademark or copyright claim arising from a logo you supply.

A purchased download is licensed to you for commercial use, including client calls, webinars, recorded content and marketing. You may not resell the background itself, or redistribute it as a template or stock asset.

The backdrop environments are BrandWall's own original artwork. You are licensed to use them as part of a background you have purchased. You may not extract, resell or redistribute them separately.

We provide the service as it is, without warranty. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of faults.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
