Refunds

Previews are free and unlimited. You can change the backdrop, reposition your logo and adjust the result as many times as you like before you pay. The file you download is identical to the preview you approved, with the watermark removed.

Because of this, please get your background exactly right before you download it. Once you have seen and approved the preview, there is no uncertainty about what you are paying for.

We refund in full when the fault is ours. That means a file that is corrupted and will not open, a file delivered at the wrong resolution, a file that does not match the preview you approved, a payment taken without a download being made available, or a duplicate charge for the same order.

Tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the file or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Because previews are free, unlimited and identical to the final file, we do not refund for change of mind after a download, for a logo file you uploaded yourself being the wrong one or poor quality, for placement or sizing you approved in the preview, or for simply preferring a different backdrop afterwards.

Packs are sold as a single discounted purchase, so we do not refund unused downloads within a pack. Your unused downloads do not expire and remain available on your account or claim link.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. If that law gives you a remedy beyond what is set out here, that law takes precedence.

Email info@brandwall.co with your order reference and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within two business days and to process approved refunds within five business days, back to the original payment method.
